We are Janae and Cayce- sisters who are fortunate to come from an artistic family that embraced and nurtured the different ways we grew up expressing our creativity.
In our day-to-day lives we are an accountant and a librarian so we use Mossy Hollow as our artistic outlet. We use our art to connect to nature, to each other, and to our past.
We are dedicated to making our art with a sustainable approach. Nature is a big inspiration in our art and our lives. We are also inspired by the wonderful artists in our family. We hold the memory of our dad in our hearts and draw inspiration from him and his artworks as we make and design our own. We work closely with our mother who is a talented ceramic artist. And we use the beads we inherited from our grandmother to make pieces inspired by her beadwork.
